Privacy Protection Policy CF&S Poland Sp.z o.o.


According to art.13 item 1-2 (data collected directly) of regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as the GDPR - we inform our Clients and Suppliers, Employees and Associates that:


1. Personal Data Administrator

CF&S Poland Sp. z o.o. ul. Równoległa 2, 02-235 Warsaw, NIP: 701-08-25-059, REGON: 380380028 is an Administrator of your personal data.


2. Data Protection Inspector

The Data Protection Administrator performs the functions and the tasks of the Data Protection Inspector.


3. Objectives and grounds for processing

a) We will process your personal data for purposes related to the intent to conclude, conclude and execute an agreement for services provided to you by CF&S or vice versa, CF&S service marketing and the conclusion and performance of future agreements (based on art. 6 item 1 letter b of the GDPR).

b) We will process your personal data provided to CF&S by your employer / contracting party for purposes related to the intent to conclude, conclude and execute an agreement for services provided to you by CF&S or vice versa, CF&S service marketing and the conclusion and performance of future agreements (based on art. 6 item 1 letter b of the GDPR).

c) We will also process your personal data for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending against claims which are the implementation of our legitimately reasonable interest, if any (based on art. 6 item 1 letter f of the GDPR).


4. Term of data storage

Your personal data related to the conclusion and performance of services or agreements will be processed during the period of their implementation, as well as for a period not longer than provided for by law, including the provisions of the Civil Code and the Accounting Act, i.e. not longer than 10 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the last agreement or service was performed. In addition, your personal data processed for marketing purposes and for the conclusion and performance of future agreements will be processed until the notice of objection is made.


5. Rights of data subjects

According to the GDPR provisions, you are entitled to:

a) the right to access your data and receive copies thereof;

b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;

с) the right to delete data, to limit the processing of data;

d) the right to transfer data;

e) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

f) the right to object;

 

6. Information about the requirement to provide data

Providing data is a condition for the conclusion of the agreement.


7. Recipients of data

Please be advised that your personal data will be accessed by entities that process your data on our behalf within the meaning of art. 28 of the GDPR.


8. Automated decision making

Please be advised that in relation to your data no automated decisions will be made and your data will not be profiled.
